Door Knob Bob

I am going to let you in on one of my secrets. Door Knob Bob. Okay, some of you that go to Canton and McKinney Trade Days have seen and heard of DKB. He has an old brown pick-up truck he drives down from Ardmore, OK full of tubs of junk, or through my eyes "junque".
He just dumps everything out on tables in piles.

This is not a place to be wearing white or a new manicure. Dig you must.

Below are a few of the items I have made with these treasures.

I used an architectural piece and antique china to create this piece.

An old bent purse handle and vintage earring found a home on this frame.

I made this cute pink frame for my great- niece.

Add a little TLC, ribbon and imagination and Door Knob Bob would be proud!

THose are FABULULOUS! Are you bringing some of those to the sale in Oct.?? You asked me about my blog background. Just look at the top left of my blog and you will see the ad for the site I got it from. Just click on it and you will be there. Like all of these sites, you find the background you like, read the instructions, and do what it says. You have to change the template background but that is easy, too. Just let me know if you need help.

So good to see you last Thursdayat the Quaint Ladies Marketplace! Your goodies and displays were smashing!!! My favorite, actually. I posted about it yesterday...I'm embarrased to say it took the better part of the day. Anyway, we're so glad you came. Hope you had fun.

Happy fall!
