The Bestest in Texas

My friend Eileen and I had the pleasure and honor of being at the Veranda in Canton on Thursday to meet Ki Nassauer of Junk Camp. She is a great inspiration to me and my sista junkers. She is an author and editor of her own decorating with junk books and is also featured in Country Home Magazine. For more about Ki take time to visit her blog, Junk Camp, and read her three part story. She does what she loves, and she does it well.

Pictured from left to right: Theresa from Garden Antqs Vintage, Me, Eileen from Antique Company Mall in McKinney, Donna from Curious Goods, Margo from Margos Junkin Journal and the featured guest Ki with Junk Camp. Make sure and visit these talented ladies at their blissful blogs.

One of the absolutely fabulous displays at the Veranda.

Only in Texas!

So, get over to Canton if you can and visit Donna at Curious Goods in the Civic Center (air conditioned) and Maggie and Gloria at the Veranda.

It was so nice to meet you and Eileen, I'm so sorry I'm really bad with names and now have updated my post with Eileen's name. Hope you found lots of goodies and I plan to make it back to McKinney soon. Have a great weekend, Theresa

Isn't Maggie's booth just the best? Looks like everyone was having a great time.

What a sweet post. I loved those brushes in the boots too. It was good to see you again, and getting to know you better.
